I’m not gonna lie!

So I’m not gonna lie…there was a HUGE adjustment period when this guy left his “Production Superintendent” position for a Fortune 500 oil and gas company to come home FULL-Time and work with me almost 3 years ago! I’m sure there’s been lots of days where he’s thought….”man I need to go back to the office to get a break!”

I know there were days when he questioned this new “role” as a work from home dad! The status quo is wife goes to work, husband goes to work, and you might have a few minutes for conversations right before bed, right? We are literally together 24/7! We wake the kids up TOGETHER, get the kids off to school TOGETHER, we workout TOGETHER, we eat every single meal TOGETHER, we run errands TOGETHER, we legit do everything TOGETHER, except for when we need to divide and conquer to have kids in different places at the same time. Oh, or if it’s his daily trip to Academy that I give him heck about!!

He keeps the homefront running while I’m the hands, face and voice that is building the residual income that has afforded us this time TOGETHER! He wants the same for other families as I do! He understands the blessing that being “hands on” with your family truly means! He’s my partner for life and makes one heck of one in business! Everyone loves some Ralph Dillard Jr. !!! I am one lucky gal!! 😍😍😍

To be focused on being “ALL IN”! A fueled desire for physical freedom, time freedom, and financial freedom beyond […]

Time is going to pass anyway!

The time is going to pass anyway, you might as well spend that time truly LIVING versus just surviving. My name is Mauria Dillard and this is my 4 year story!!! Before I made a decision to take that first step, I was a tired, exhausted momma, who was desperate to feel better. I wasn’t looking […]

Tip toe if you must!

I think one of the biggest obstacles in achieving success can often be motivation. The definition of success can vary from one person to another, but the common denominator is how to focus on the goal you’re wanting to achieve, and how do you keep that mindset. We can often get lost in the why, […]
