Last night I had one of those heart to heart lay it all out there calls with my team. Thousands of people dialed in to just “get real!” I have to admit, before the call, I was nervous, I had butterflies, and I sent up prayers that I would speak the words that needed to be spoken! I’ve always told my team that when you’re nervous, it just means that you’re passionate!!! There was certainly a lot of passion in this call! I’ve learned that allowing your passion to drive you truly leads to great things!
It’s not easy to have difficult conversations…that’s why they’re called DIFFICULT conversations! However, I refuse to just tell people what they want to hear in hopes to not offend them! I’ve found something that is changing so many lives daily. I know with all that I have, that more lives can be changed, and they can live the life they deserve! People want options! They want physical freedom! They want time freedom! They want the weight of financial debt lifted from their shoulders! We don’t sacrifice our faith or our families to have this! We lead with passion and purpose to obtain this!
