2. Complete the Health Assessment
The assessment takes approximately five minutes and asks about health history, lifestyle, goals and the wellness options the person is interested in.
3. Submit & Provider Review
A licensed healthcare provider reviews the assessment and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
4. Receive Your Personalized Plan
If approved, the provider may prescribe a one-month or three-month plan based on individual needs. If the visitor is not approved, the official site states that the payment is refunded.
5. Delivery & Ongoing Support
Approved medications are fulfilled by U.S.-based pharmacy partners and typically arrive within seven business days in discreet packaging. Ongoing support is available throughout the experience.
